About
I'm a Principal Consultant at Capco, focused on AI controls architecture in financial services.
Before consulting, I spent years in banking data science. The transition taught me that the hard problems in enterprise AI aren't technical. They're governance, organisational, and architectural.
This is a place to think out loud. Most posts are short takes — 600 words, one idea, written to clarify my own thinking. Some of the recurring themes:
- Agent architecture — design patterns for autonomous AI systems
- Banking AI governance — risk tiering, model validation, regulatory gaps
- Systems thinking — naming as design constraint, biology as engineering manual
- Consulting — what the transition from IC to advisor actually teaches you
I also run an AI agent system named after cell biology, where every component gets a biological name and the naming process itself reveals design gaps. Some of these posts are dispatches from that experiment.
