I am a Principal Consultant at Capco, working on AI controls architecture in financial services.

Before consulting, I worked in banking data science. That shift made the governing problem clearer: enterprise AI fails less often because the model is weak than because accountability, architecture, and control are underspecified.

This site publishes short essays on AI controls, agent architecture, and organisational machinery. The private lab is a cell-biology agent system whose naming process exposes design gaps before the abstraction hardens.
